- Identity potential sites to install a CRM.
- Relocate underperforming CRM to new sites and ensure new sites will generate sufficient transaction numbers.
- Arrange for Agreement to be negotiate and signed with landlord and be liaison person for SCS to address any concern.
- Perform on settlement & disputes management.
- Follow up on rental billing is done on time and landlord timely pays the invoice within the agreed period of the Agreement.
- Monitor and follow-up, until resolved on all complaints on site..
- Report to relevant internal stakeholders on progress of site visits.
- Prepare ad-hoc, daily, weekly and monthly reports on transactions and site profitability.
- Alert relevant internal stakeholders on any fraudulent activities noted.
- Immediately report any suspected or noted security incidents to relevant interal stakeholders.
- Muktitasking when required to support the operation.
