Active Study Australia, a leading education agency based in Perth, Western Australia is seeking a new Study Consultant to join the team in our branch office in Canggu.
We are growing our company to a bigger international market and require a new team member who is experienced in sales or education/migration consultation, and able to manage high volume of incoming and outgoing calls. We are committed in helping people all over the world to study on their terms and make their dreams come true!
Ideally, you will be reaching out to our leads, keeping up with our existing leads and assisting them with their questions or concerns as well as closing a number of leads to meet the team's weekly target. More tasks and duties will be discussed during the interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
Requirements:
- Willing to relocate or currently residing near our branch office area,
- Have previous experience in education/migration agency,
- Excellent verbal and written English skills,
- Excellent communication skills - customer oriented mindset,
- Able to operate basic computer software (Microsoft Office, email, CRM, etc.),
- Highly motivated,
- Willing to grow with the company,
- Go above and beyond within your tasks and duties.
This is a full-time position. Salary will be discussed during the interview. Health insurance is covered (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan).
