Your Duties
- You enjoy coordinating orders as well as daily contact with our customers
- You are responsible for excellent shipment planning and the creation of our customer-specific transport records and monitoring
- You handle complaints competently
- You are a competent contact person for our customers and are in regular contract with our Europe-wide partners
- Together with your colleagues, you continuously develop innovative logistics and special solutions
