What You’ll Do- Support all the departments: to ensure smooth operation of the Tesla Store, you also support our local sales team on the customer journey up until and including delivery
- Coordinate all the operations: Related to new vehicle deliveries, including the completion of documents and troubleshooting issues in order to give customers a unique delivery experience
- Act as a trusted partner: For multiple departments, ensuring effective collaboration, smooth communication and timely escalations
- Drive process enhancement: You will identify improvements to be made in order to enhance the delivery experience, as well as advising and training colleagues
- Experienced: A background in sales administration or project coordination, preferably within a B2B, B2C or automotive environment
- An excellent communicator: You communicate clearly and respectfully in English and Norwegian
- A skilled multi-tasker: Capable of effectively handling multiple priorities, organizing workload and meeting deadlines
- Digitally savvy: You have the ability to adopt and adapt quickly to new technology and systems
- Flexible team player: You like collaborating closely with different kinds of people and can work in shifts to support your team.
- Safe to drive: We require you to hold a full valid driver’s license
